What makes Borosil glassware different from regular glass?
MyBorosil products are crafted from high-quality borosilicate glass, which is designed to withstand extreme temperatures. Unlike regular soda-lime glass, our products are microwave-safe, oven-safe, and resistant to thermal shock, meaning they won't crack when moving from the fridge to the microwave.
How long does shipping take for my order?
We typically process orders within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS once your order is dispatched.
What is your return policy for damaged or broken items?
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and a photo of the damaged item, and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Are MyBorosil products dishwasher safe?
Yes, most of our glassware and stainless steel products are dishwasher safe. However, we recommend checking the specific product description or the packaging for care instructions, especially for items with specialized coatings or wooden lids.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes across India for orders below a certain value.
