Returns & Replacements
At MyBorosil, we want you to love your home essentials; if you are not completely satisfied, you can initiate a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure that all items are unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.
Initiate Request
Log into your account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the 'Return/Replace' button for the specific item you wish to send back.
Quality Inspection
Our courier partner will collect the package, which will then undergo a quality check at our warehouse to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Approval Notification
Once the inspection is successful, you will receive an email and SMS confirmation regarding the approval of your return or replacement request.
Refund Processing
Refunds for prepaid orders are credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, while COD orders are refunded via bank transfer.
